You want to drive faster, the clock is your obsession, then these courses are for you.
Our coaches offer you:
- analytical and technical work
- means videos and chronometric (Kinovea, dart fish freelap, etc.)
- preparation of a race
- methodology training
- development of the material.
Courses 3 to 4 days, where after a (re) upgrading the level of fundamental, our coaches will assist you on your rise to "perform" D-Day

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE STAGE RACING for:
IN a bike perfect working + 1 Dropout ADVANCE.
+ HELMET 2 relative protection to bike DH ACTIVITY. (Mask etc ...)
3 Held rain or shine.
3 sports equipment (basketball + TRACKSUIT ETC ...) for muscle toning and stretching.
Ps: remember to bring hard drives and laptops (no virus!) To copy the pictures and videos of your training if you wish.
