Jonnier Sabrina 4 COMPETITION courses, preparation Cups France DH / Enduro race / etc ...

You want to drive faster, the clock is your obsession, then these courses are for you.

Our coaches offer you:

  • analytical and technical work
  • means videos and chronometric (Kinovea, dart fish freelap, etc.)
  • preparation of a race
  • methodology training
  • development of the material.

Courses 3 to 4 days, where after a (re) upgrading the level of fundamental, our coaches will assist you on your rise to "perform" D-Day

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM PREVISONNEL RACING (*)  

Stage SR1 canceled - / Stage SR2 / Week 27: from July 5 to 8 - Stage 3 SR / Week 29: from July 19 to 22

DAY 1
9am - 9:15 Home of the participants (the night before for the trainees inclusive.)
9:15 - 10 am Verification of bikes and equipment
10h - 12h15 Training (Warm + levels + Evaluation Work in groups of levels)
12:15 to 1:30 p.m. Lunch Break
1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Training (Warm + Working in groups of levels)
4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. EtirementsNettoyage, repair and preparation of the bike.
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Video analysis
DAY 2
7:30 - 8 Muscle toning
9:30 to 12:15 Training (Warm + Working in groups of levels)
12:15 to 1:30 p.m. Lunch Break
1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Training (Warm + Working in groups of levels)
4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. EtirementsNettoyage, repair and preparation of the bike.

12:15 to 1:30 p.m. Lunch Break
1:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Training (Warm + TEST ROCKET DH!)
4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. EtirementsNettoyage, repair and preparation of the bike.
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Video analysis, return on the course and end of course.

(*) Program not exhaustive, subject to changes and modifications according to the weather, programming coaches FRP etc ...

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE STAGE RACING for:

IN a bike perfect working + 1 Dropout ADVANCE.

+ HELMET 2 relative protection to bike DH ACTIVITY. (Mask etc ...)

3 Held rain or shine.

3 sports equipment (basketball + TRACKSUIT ETC ...) for muscle toning and stretching.

Ps: remember to bring hard drives and laptops (no virus!) To copy the pictures and videos of your training if you wish.
